Now your task is to add to this mixture half a kilogram of powdered sugar. You need to do this gradually, by mixing the powder with a spatula or spatula. Stir in the thickened mass, laying on the table like a dough. Honey mastic - a kind of sugar. But when working with it, you must follow certain rules. In no case it should not be soft - it will make working with it impossible. It will constantly tear. Therefore, with the addition of powdered sugar, make the consistency of the honey mastic steeper. Please note that the cake cover made of this material does not tolerate humidity. Therefore, use recipes that allow you to bake a dry biscuit, and keep the finished cake in a sealed package.
