Before cooking mannik, you need to prepare products - a pack of cottage cheese, half a cup of yogurt, a glass of flour and manga, three eggs and a baking powder, dried fruits or nuts to taste.

Mannick can be cooked not only on kefir, but also on milk. The recipe is quite simple and does not require much time and effort.
Flour, semolina, sugar and milk are taken in equal parts - 1 glass each. In addition, you need a third of a glass of vegetable oil, a couple of eggs, cocoa butter - 20 gr., A baking powder and a pinch of vanillin.
