Issue of any product, construction of a building,the laying of networks and the performance of other types of work, as well as the provision of various types of services, involves the fulfillment of a huge number of requirements and norms. The main ones are state standards (GOSTs) and technical specifications (TU). If practically every citizen of the former USSR and the present CIS is familiar with the first category, then with the second criterion it is necessary to understand more in detail.
Specification is specialdeveloped document, which is included in the documentation package, characterizing the manufacture of certain products. This paper specifies all the necessary technical parameters relating to the release of goods, conditions and requirements for its production. Also here, the methods and techniques for assessing quality, the conditions for the transportation, storage and operation of the final product are documented and justified.
