We also rub the butter with sugar and vanillin, add eggs, baking powder and about 300 grams of flour. Dough is divided in half, in one part we add cocoa. Apricots, fresh or canned, cut into cubes. Put the layer of dough with cocoa, a thin layer of apricots, a layer of simple dough into the lubricated molds. We put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Ready muffins can be covered with meltedchocolate. Just keep in mind that then they will be very sweet. Gathering them should be very accurate, as the layers can come off from each other. By the way, from such a test you can bake kulichiki for Easter - very unusual and tasty. Try it!
