Society can not develop without a collisioninterests. It is in the resolution of contradictions that truth is born. Pedagogical conflict is no exception. In the dispute, each of the parties tries to prove just their own rightness, defends their own point of view in the process of the incident, which provokes a clash of interests.
Pedagogical conflict has its own specifics and features:
- professional responsibility of the teacher for the correct way out of the disputable situation, because educational institutions are a small model of society;
- the participants in the conflict have a different social status, which determines the behavior of the parties in it;
- the existing difference in life experience and age divorces the positions of participants in the conflict and creates different responsibility for mistakes in resolving it;
- a different understanding of events and their causes by participants in a controversial situation: it is difficult for children to cope with their emotions, and the teacher does not always understand the position of the child;
- the pedagogical conflict in which witnesses are present, has an educational value, which should be remembered for an adult;
- the professional position of the teacher in a controversial situation obliges him to be proactive in resolving it;
- if during the conflict situation the teacher made a mistake or mistake, this leads to the emergence of new incidents, which include other participants.
The main contradictions in the sphere of education wereand remain subject to the category "what and how to teach." It is in this respect that "clashes" often occur between educators and legal representatives of the child, as the latter believe that their child was not taught or misinterpreted the material.
Pedagogical conflict is an inevitable parteducational process, because there will always be people who are dissatisfied with each other's actions: not all teachers and educators share the positions of parents, just as the latter do not agree with the teacher on every issue.
Ways to resolve pedagogical conflicts are rather difficult procedure for any representative of this profession. When choosing them, one should follow certain basic rules:
- try to extinguish the conflict, that is, to transfer it from the emotional part to the business, to a calm one, so that there is an opportunity to agree;
- You should try to prevent the conflict situation, since it is easier to do this than to look for ways to solve it;
- to resolve the disputable situation "here and now", so as not to aggravate it. Even if this was done only partially, the work done opens the door for further positive agreement.
Conflicts in pedagogical activity - a thingeveryday. This is the sphere of communication, interaction, so they are inevitable. The pedagogical team of the school, and especially of the kindergarten, is more composed of female members, and they have to "get along" with each other every day. And besides internal interactions, there are also conversations with parents of children who are not always friendly. Therefore, conflict situations are inevitable, the main thing is that they are not destructive.
