Labor discipline as an institution isthe union of legal norms that establish, as well as regulate the internal order of organizations. It determines the nature of the relationship between the employee and the employer. In this case it is necessary to mention the developed system of methods and influence on workers: for observance of the adopted regulations, the employee can always count on encouragement, and for violation of the norms of the labor discipline institute certain sanctions are threatened him.

As an element of the employment relationship it manifests itself in the establishment of specific rights and duties of the employee. As a rule, the source of such legal relationships is the employment contract.

The manifestation of labor discipline can be observed andin the actual behavior of the parties that entered into this kind of legal relationship. It is about the direct observance of established norms. The discipline of labor and the working order is something that is often violated. In general, the levels of adherence to both are different: at a high level, all are subject to accepted norms, with an average violation of them from time to time there is to be, with low workers in most cases ignoring the orders of the authorities established on the rules of conduct in the workplace.

The discipline of labor will never be highlevel, if the leaders of the working collective do not make efforts to create the economic and organic conditions necessary for high-performance work. Employees must be properly motivated to comply with existing rules and regulations. It is best if this motivation is at the level of consciousness. What are we talking about? The fact that you can force a person to behave correctly due to various kinds of sanctions. It is also possible to create such conditions under which the person himself will be interested in ensuring that everything is carried out in a proper way.

It should be noted that not only the offender himself, but also his colleagues should know about the sanctions applied. The punishment should be clear, as it is necessary to convey to everyone information about what happens when employees behave in an inappropriately manner.

People are interested in following the rulesdisciplines, when they work in good conditions, receive a decent salary, while there are no problems with holidays, and for the proper performance of duties they receive various kinds of encouragement (letters, bonuses, etc.). Much depends on the personality of the leader. It is important that he can force people to behave the way they should. This person should be an example for others, which means that he himself has no right to violate the rules of labor discipline.
