Stuffed mushrooms, baked in the oven under grated cheese, are prepared according to the following scheme:
1. In the pan you need to pour 250 grams of water. After boiling in the water add a cube of broth and wait until it completely dissolves. Pour rice into boiling broth, stir, cover and reduce heat. Wait until the water is completely boiled, and the rice is cooked.
2. Wash the mushrooms, carefully remove the hats from the legs. Remove the hats from the dark plates, and chop the legs. Also chop the onions.
3. On vegetable oil, roast the onion until a yellowish-golden hue, then add crushed legs. Stew for 5 minutes under the lid, then season with all the spices. All this is put in a saucepan to rice. There also add finely chopped sprigs of dill. All the mix well.
4. Everything, the filling is ready. With it, you can start to make stuffed mushrooms baked in the oven with cheese.

7. The dish will be ready when the hats turn red. By the way, if you prefer all meat, then to the rice you can also add chopped boiled chicken into small pieces, and cook the rice in the broth in which the chicken was cooked.
